There is a plan in the future of constructing the large-scaled solar power satellite with several kilometers of length. There are 3 main requirements for the satellite: low-cost, high-speed and assured assembly. In order to fulfill these requirements, the whole system needs to be studied with considering the orbit movement, the attitude movement, the elastic deformation and etc. To realize the system like this, it is important to establish a design technique base on experiment on the orbit or numerical simulation analysis. It is very expensive to do experiment on the orbit so we focus on numerical analysis method with nonlinear dynamics such as geometrical constraints, deformation of members, tension of members and etc. Our goal is to create a new solar power satellite base on numerical analysis method.
